Woman Hunt

1975       Laurie Rose

Teaser Storyline for "The Woman Hunt"

Deep in the jungle of a Far Eastern country is the palatial mansion of the wealthy and powerful SPIROS (EDDIE GARCIA), the head of an international alliance of businessmen, united by ruthless ambition and perverse pleasures. Bored with all past entertainment, SPIROS devises new thrills for himself and his associates. He combines violence and sadistic pleasure in a Woman Hunt. The orders go out to SPIROS' contacts, supervised by the cold but beautiful lesbian, MAGDA (LISA TODD), his right hand; and five stunning girls are kidnapped from Hong Kong, Saigon, and Manila.

Closely guarded by SPIROS' henchmen and by his protege TONY (JOHN ASHLEY), who has been brought up as SPIROS' son, the girls are transported through the jungle to SPIROS' mansion. This beautiful human prey includes LORI (LAURIE ROSE), a blond airline stewardess, BILLIE (CHARLENE JONES), a Black nightclub singer, who's been around, and McGEE (PAT WOODELL), a high-spirited foreign correspondent. A fourth girl tries to escape and is mercilessly murdered. When they arrive at

the decadent jungle estate, the girls are groomed and dressed for the "special occasion" they have been brought to serve. The "guests," SPIROS' business partners, arrive by helicopter and their host entertains them with a sumptuous dinner attended by the magnificently dressed girls. Then the girls are dismissed and SPIROS outlines the ultimate entertainment he has planned for his guests. They will now break into a new era of hedonism and perversion. As a challenge to their own nerve and manhood, they will take part in the grandest sport yet devised. Their prey will be these beautiful women: to hunt, rape, and kill. One guest thinks SPIROS is mad; his host quickly puts an end to him with an antique cross-bow. At the sight of blood the other guests are immediately turned on. MAGDA too enjoys the idea, for she has set her sights on the lovely blond LORI. She puts a drug in LORI's wine, and when it has taken effect begins to rape her.

Meanwhile, TONY, on discovering the truth about SPIROS, determines to free the girls and escape forever the oppression of his insane guardian. By accident a young Eurasian beauty, sadistically tortured by SPIROS manages to break from the palace. The alarm is given and SPIROS announces to his guests that the hunt is on. SPIROS, followed by his hunting party and MAGDA, tracks the girl into the jungle, overtakes her, and before the excited gaze of his friends, rapes her even as he strangles her to death.

Then the three girls, aided by TONY, make their escape. McGEE is wounded while on the run, but continues on until, weak from loss of blood, she falls and breaks her leg. She insists that the others go on and valiantly stays behind to hold off SPIROS and the hunters. With perfect aim she blasts SPIROS' top henchman, but is then shot repeatedly by SPIROS himself. Later BILLIE is bitten by a cobra ...
